Lauren was very helpful in my search for my first home purchase. She very much believes that the house will choose you, and does not rush you to make a purchase until you have found your next home. Once we found the house that I loved, she was able to negotiate with the seller's realtor to both ensure that I would be able to counteroffer instead of having them accept the largest offer immediately, as well as give me negotiating room. Paperwork has been very easy as well and she has been available to ask questions about it if anything is unclear. She is very easy to work with and I recommend her for anyone looking to buy their first home.
