Leanne was great. We put a down-payment on a new build and then contacted Leanne to help us out. She stepped in and took over all of the minor and major details for us. She kept us informed of the building progress, she was with us for all decisions to be made with respect to interior and exterior finishings, she provided us with contacts in the community (vet, notary, gym, parks, etc.), and she arrived on move-in day with not only our new keys but snacks and bottled water to help get us through that very busy day (sometimes it really is the small things that make a huge impact). We would not hesitate to recommend Leanne.
