I honestly can’t explain how glad we were to have Liam as our realtor! Trying to do it on our own and wrap our heads around buying our first house was overwhelming, but luckily we turned to Liam for help. We put all of our trust in him and he made the process flow seamlessly. Liam showed the utmost professionalism and he just honestly did everything he could to make our dream of owning a home come true. Liam would meet us for viewings at a moments notice, give us his personal and professional opinions, answer any of our million question instantly, and would constantly keep us updated throughout the process. We had no idea just how much work goes into buying a house, but we just left it all with Liam and he took care it. From submitting offers, recommending inspectors, contacting municipalities, dealing with banks, mortgage, down payments, ect, he helped in every aspect. I would highly recommend Liam to anyone looking at buying or selling. He was incredible deal with and he is a top notch realtor.
