Lidia went above and beyond in taking care of details for us that we hadn't even thought of. We got the feeling that she really cared about us as people and wanted us to make a happy transition to the community where we bought. As nice as she is, she can be a tough negotiator, and is tenacious about going after the things we are entitled to as buyers of a new property. She's the kind of agent you need in your corner.

Lidia has taken the time to become knowledgeable about our various listings on Anarchist Mountain.She has demonstrated an ability to understand relatively complex issues. She is a very good negotiator and has been able to overcome apparent impasses on deals in the past. She is an excellent communicator during negotiations and is not afraid to call with an update during times when their is a lull in activity. We are a busy company and not having to chase our realtor for information is valued. We find Lidia to be trustworthy and have no concerns about sharing confidential information with her. She has a "no nonsense" style which we like. We would highly recommend Lidia Ferreira
