<p><br /> Ms. Chow is honest. We met at a house she listed for a different client. The statements she made while we "toured" the property were direct and accurately reflected the condition of the property. She was thoughtful, and comfortable. I never felt like she was "selling me" on the property.</p> <p>When we decided to sell our home, my wife and I interviewed prospective realtors. Ms. Chow was on our list. During our interview, she informed us that the property where we first met was a listing she shared with a fellow realtor. If we were to contract her services, she required that we bring the other realtor on as well. We were impressed that she was concerned with fulfilling her obligations to her realtor colleague - it was an honest and ethical position.</p> <p>Ms. Chow priced our home perfectly. Although we were in a market downturn, we sold in nine days at 97% of our asking price. After selling we started looking for new places in earnest. Ms. Chow, her partner Wilson, and the "Captain" (Lily's co-listing realtor) were truly outstanding. From May to August, we saw well over 100 listings. We were very particular, and we were probably a "realtor's nightmare" in that regard. We just couldn't find a home that fit. Notwithstanding, Ms. Chow and her team responded to every phone call or email we sent, and they took us around to properties all over the Northwest. Although it was hard work finding the right house, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lily, Wilson, and The Captain. It was hard afterwards because we had spent so much time together, and became very close. One of Lily's greatest attributes is that she is a caring, friendly, gracious person!</p> <p>We finally found a perfect fit, and they negotiated an amazing price! Lily is a champion when it comes to assessing the market and the value of a property, and in negotiating a price! I recommend her without any reservation!</p>

<p>Lily was wonderful to work with. She knew what things that were no negotiable on our list and only showed us house that had these items. With her help we found our forever home and for that we can't say enough about Lily</p>

I have found her to be knowledgable, professional, patient, trustworthy, and reliable. She doesn't sugar coat anything, or cultivate any unrealistic expectations, and we have found her property analyses to be accurate and in tune with prevailing market conditions. I would recommend Lily to anyone who requires the services of a Realtor in the Calgary SFR/ small multi market.</p>

<p>Lily was fantastic. I looked at every listing in my price range in the areas I wanted and did not find anything I liked. Lily never pressured me to buy, despite the fact we went out every day for 10 days. Several months later, we found a house we loved. Lily was able to negotiate a great price on our behalf. She was very professional, but our relationship felt more like old friends. I felt comfortable with her from the moment we met. Three years later, she still checks in on us.<br /> Lily is a realtor who really cares about her clients and not the sale. I would highly recommend Lily Chow to anyone looking for a personable and knowledgeable realtor.</p>
