<p><br /> Linda was a great realtor to work with, she's extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and always there to answer your questions when you have them. She doesn't dismiss anything. We are first time home owners and we knew nothing about real estate or the process of any of it. She mentored us step by step and reassured us through her quick responses. We were buying in an area that was out of her familiarity but she made effort to look into the property and have prompt collaboration with the selling realtor for answers.</p> <p>She will stand on your side and get what you want for where you are at financially!</p>

<p>Linda was very helpful in detailing and answering my questions regarding the buy and sell of my house. She was clear in providing all the details of each neighborhood’s description which would fit with my preference and lifestyle. It was difficult for me to understand the wording on all the documents, fortunately Linda was excellent in clarifying it all to me. She put much effort in spending her time in buying and selling my home with the best possible price. I’m extremely satisfied.</p>

Linda provided for us a great experience in our search for a home. We had moved from another province during the pandemic and had very limited knowledge of where we were moving to. Linda gave us great options and was able to lock in a great price for us within our budget. She was always available to answer questions and at times we gave her last minute notifications that we wanted to view a place and she was readily available and had us scheduled in last minute. When we made the purchase, she had all the paperwork lined up quickly and was able to work fast to get us in as soon as possible. She's professional, friendly, and thoughtful taking all our needs into consideration. I highly recommend her for your next purchase, she will take good care of you!
