I actually found Linden by doing a search on this website and read another review where she sold someone's home while they were halfway across the world without ever meeting them. To me, that is the highest form of professional trust someone can have in their real estate agent. I decided to contact her. From the minute she stepped into our old home, she had a game plan and was cognizant of our needs. She did everything she possibly could to ensure that our house was ready to get to market, and worked incredibly hard to ensure that we got the best deal. Her tenacity and passion for her work are unparalleled to anyone else I've met in the real estate industry. She is a clear and honest communicator and has a wealth of industry knowledge. She also has very good intuition as to what would work well for you as her clients. Lastly, she was very patient and understanding when unforeseeable circumstances arose, especially considering Covid. I can say without a doubt that we absolutely lucked out with finding Linden to sell our home and finding our next one. I could not recommend anyone else for the job. You won't have any regrets if you choose Linden as your real estate agent. She is truly exceptional.

Working with Linden was a great experience. She was extremely resourceful and helpful in explaining things to us in terms we could understand. Linden is also very approachable and friendly and makes you feel at ease when asking questions. She was always quick to respond to emails or text messages. I would highly recommend Linden. She is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and will get the deal done. She cares about helping you make the best decision for you. She has plenty of contacts to help get you set up with anyone else you may need along the way - be it mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, etc. - which is incredibly helpful during a fast paced and sometimes stressful process. I had a fantastic experience buying my first home through Linden 5 years ago, so when it was time to sell and upgrade this time around, she was my first call. She was incredibly helpful in walking me through everything and answering any questions I had along the way. She opened my eyes to some neighbourhoods I might not have thought of, and I’m so glad that she did. I’m very happy with how everything worked out. I know when the time comes to move in the future, she’ll be my first call again.

During this unprecedented time of Covid the market was extremely difficult to gauge, but Linden was able to price our unit in a realistic way, based on her study of current trends as well as her personal feel for the market. We were happy with her initial estimate, and ultimately she was able to negotiate our full price. Linden is open and collaborative, and I feel the experience went very smoothly.

Amazing realtor. This was my first time buying and Linden was extremely helpful from day 1. On top of that, there were some snags along the way and Linden made it feel like it was nothing.
