There's the rest and then there's the BEST. Lisa is an agent who has sold several of my homes. She's 100% dedicated and gives it her all. She shows up to every single showing; no matter what the time of day. She's got perfect insite into the market and is extremely reliable and knowledge when it comes to the legalities of the business. Go with her if you want a worry free and seamless purchase/sale.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, experienced and easy to get along with. Lisa spared no expense necessary to ensure my house was well marketed (professional photos, virtual tour, drone footage, flyers, etc.) which led to close to 2 dozen showings in one day, multiple offers and house sold in 2 days. The greatest value Lisa as an agent provided me was to keep me grounded on what my initial expectations/needs were when we first talked about listing my house. With multiple offers and the anxiety around showings and selling a home, I was ready to just settle to get it over and done with. Lisa built a trusting relationship, put me at ease, and worked her agent magic to get the selling price I initially was expecting rather than giving in to what I was willing to settle for. Lisa said "trust me...I have your back" and I am really really glad I did.

<p>Lisa was unknown to me prior to signing with her as Listing agent for our townhouse. Our first meeting was when she came to evaluate our home. I had picked up her name from all the other 5 names of listing agents on the board. Her name was in the middle of list.<br /> What I thought would be a short meeting turned out to be a long meeting.<br /> Although our unit was old, Lisa took a great interest in observing each and every detail in the house. Getting to know the house as if it was her own. She pointed out certain areas that could be improved or corrected. She went as far as figuring out how she would furnish and set up the house is she was to live. That was amazing.<br /> When it came to setting an asking price for the property, I already had a price set in my mind, so I asked her to tell me what she would set the asking price for the house and when she told me the price in her mind, I could not believe my ears as she was up $5000.00 more than what I had in my mind. This was very impressive. She knew her market well. At this point I had no doubts in my mind that Lisa was going to be the person that would sale my property.<br /> Lisa did not down grade other agents, neither did she carry any pride over them. She handled matters in a very professional manner. I liked this character of hers.<br /> Lisa’s job was not completed up until the final signings and completion of sale. She helped us find trades people to come in and finish/repair small things that needed to be fixed as per the inspection report, she actually supervised these repairs to her satisfaction and the buyers approvals.<br /> Lisa loves Real Estate. Buying or Selling she understands houses, can’t go wrong if you have Lisa as your Real Estate agent.<br /> M Jiwa</p>

<p>As first time home buyers Lisa was amazing not only in guiding us through the purchase phase but in also recommendations/advice for our renovations.</p> <p>Lisa is really a 1 stop shop as far as recommendations for mortgages, lawyers, knowledge of various areas throughout the lower mainland.</p> <p>We'd definitely use Lisa to sell the property and purchase our next.</p>
