Lisa is extremely professional, perceptive, and most of all, dedicated to her clients. She works extremely hard, even choosing to respond to my emails shortly after having her first child! Lisa also brings a lot of her energy to her work. I was somewhat dreading the process of looking for a condo, but Lisa made it fun and always made it feel like we were moving closer and closer to achieving my goals. She was very observant and an excellent listener, and honestly had a better idea what was really important to me then I did. Lisa helped me negotiate a tricky condo assignment without issue, and was always sure to get me in contact with qualified experts when there was something outside of her experience. Lisa is a wonderful agent !! She took her time explaining everything to me regarding selling my family home. When it was getting tough & trying for me, Lisa was right there encouraging me & giving me suggestions to make things easier. She was there for most of the showings, ensuring that covid protocols where adhered to. She did her best to have as many showings "back to back" so I could just go out for the day. When it came to purchasing my new condo, Lisa was great at letting me know what was on the market in my price range & was always available to take me for viewings. Once I made my purchase, she was right there helping me make arrangements for an inspection, getting all the Strata info - everything I needed to meet the conditions on the offer. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking to sell and/or buy and would absolutely have her on my team again. She is an asset to the ReMax organization !!!
