We're Vancouver residents who were selling a house in Halifax. The process of finding real estate agent in that city was somewhat frustrating - the agents were either not showing up, or they were not answering our messages. Until we've contacted Lisa, that is. She's responded super quickly, and she has immediately jumped into the fray of selling our house. She has sold it very quickly (within 3 weeks) and for a great price, especially considering that we were selling in the dead of the winter and during one of the worst real estate slumps (the end of 2023). During the whole process, Lisa has been super supportive, providing ongoing feedback/info., and always available for help. That she was knowledgeable goes without saying. Lisa's great, great strength is her personality: she is super warm, personable, outgoing, and full of energy. We're are quite certain that her warmth and sociability played a big role in the success of this sale. We strongly recommend her as a real estate agent.
