Lisa is amazing. She thinks outside the box and she gets things done. She is brutally honest and doesn't try and pull the wool over your eyes. She knows her stuff and will tell you like it is. Lisa helped me with my first ever land purchase, she was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa helped me through the process, she was quick to answer all my calls and questions making sure every box was checked off. Ensuring that the land met the codes and requirements that would allow me to build and that I wasn’t gonna end up with a useless lot. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone that is in need and especially if it is their first purchase.

April 2024 after suffering a 7th heart attack I consulted with Lisa about selling my property in Bass River. Lisa advised and worked with me to prepare the house, outbuildings, and land to a presentable condition. We listed the house in October, Lisa had professional photos, drone footage, and a super write up. Over the next while there were in excess of 2,000 hits on the property and on Christmas eve she received an offer which we accepted subject to financing and sale of their own property, This proved to be frustration to the prospective buyers and Lisa basically spent hours working with the buyers and me to get this finalized, she even advised the buyers to get maximum value from their property and actually completed the financing working with appraisers and mortgage lenders. The buyers are extremely pleased with the purchase and truly thankful as Lisa's involvement assisted in the buyers sale of their property and the purchase of mine. Lisa spent many hours driving, meeting the buyers, introducing them to lenders, obtaining permits etc and at the actual closing I was hospitalized so Lisa attended to both my needs and the buyers. The buyers are truly great people and it was Lisa's extra effort, personality, and expertise; that is commendable, to close the deal both parties never felt pressured and no hitches or surprises. She did a great job.

We enjoyed working with Lisa on our sale. She was easy to talk to, down to earth and committed to getting the property sold. We would definitely work with her again in future real estate transactions.
