Livia is the best of the best. I am not exaggerating with this review. She guides you through in a way that makes the stress feel small. She is SO on top of all of the little processes that go into buying and selling, and helped us not get lost along the way. She made it fun, and kept us aligned with our goals. If we ever need to buy or sell again, I would contact her in a heartbeat.
