Logan informed us that he was willing to serve us as our listing agent, but he never pushed us. However, he showed us few comparable sales and gave us valuable advice, even we were not ready to list the property at that time. That how and why we chose Logan as our agent. He prepared our listing with nice pictures and the listing date was January 24, 2022. Very quickly we got about six offers. The property was sold on March 15, 2022. Mr. Patterson was very professional in every way and pleasure to deal with. When we left a message, he got back to us in a noticeably short time.
