If you are looking to sell your home, Logan Patterson is the only Agent you should contact. I had experience dealing with other Agents, and working with Logan was amazing in comparison. Logan is extremely clear/concise, appropriately confident, and an absolute pro at what he does. He acted on my request to use his services quickly, advertised the property very well, and kept me updated throughout with basically no effort or work required on my end. He priced my home fairly, and was very transparent about the current market. From start to finish, I didn't have any unanswered questions or doubts in his abilities. He sold my home quickly for the exact price I was hoping for in an extremely challenging market. I can not say enough about Logan - he more than deserves all of the 5 star ratings!
