This is the second property that Louis has helped me purchase, and I didn't think for a second to ask anyone else. Louis is always very professional, knowledgeable, and his communication is fantastic. His understanding of current markets and neighbourhoods allowed us to find an amazing place with lots of growth potential. If you're buying your first property or you've done this a couple of times I would highly recommend working with Louis.

Louis gets the job done for you. He knows what it takes to successfully negotiate your purchase and will be there alongside you, always in a professional manner. The market isn’t easy in Vancouver but with Louis I was able to overcome those obstacles and get what I wanted in my purchase decision.

Louis is very personable and was able to win a bid on my condo in a building that I had my eye on for a while. When my unit came up for sale, I called Louis and he quickly responded. He made the process seamless and was quick to act, to be sure I didn’t miss out on a great deal. All in all, a great experience.
