I can’t recommend Lynn enough! She was so knowledgeable in every aspect of selling my home and also helping me buy a new build townhouse as well!! In regards to my home, she really knew the market well and at the same time would listen to my requests as to what I wanted to sell my house for and my overall thoughts. She really let me be the driver, while at the same time, offering me her advice and knowledge. I had interviewed a few other realtors, and nobody came close to her professionalism and knowledge, and overall really wanting to work for me and listening to all my concerns. I was very happy with what I got for my house, and she was just excellent to deal with through the entire process. I also had Lynn come with me to look at a new build that was happening near my existing house. She walked me through that entire process as well, and had questions for the builder that I would never have known to ask. It was nice to have her support through that process as well, and I don’t think I would ever do it again without a realtor. I would highly recommend Lynn with no hesitation!!
