I can always count on her to research properties thoroughly, follow up on requests immediately, go to bat for me 100% during negotiations and walk me through everything after the sales go through. Lynn is not your typical Real Estate Agent. Through out our whole process of purchasing a home she was above and beyond in every aspect we could have imagined. Starting with the process of starting the journey of making the biggest purchase of one's life, every detail, process and contracts were explained to us thoroughly so that we wouldn't run into any surprises. When looking for our property she has various resources and data to notify you and herself of any relevant properties that might come on the market. She made sure that she is in every viewing/communications with the developer and to remind us of important dates and reminders. She also has very useful connections and recommendations that made our lives so much easier. Overall my wife and I absolutely loved having Lynn as our realtor and I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a home in the near future.
