<p>My life was in a mess of overwhelming stress before I found AL Kendi. My debts had grown out of control to do with losing my income amidst the pandemic. I was on the edge of selling my house to the first low ball cash offer. Luckily Al took me under his care and helped me find the motivation and determination to double down my efforts as a craftsman use my skills to get my home in good shape to sell. He did all the hard work to show my home while I trusted him completely as I already moved across country. He assured me we would get above asking price and to my amazement he did it! I am forever grateful to my new friend AL Kendi for everything he helped me with. I highly recommend.<br /> I would add to this that he worked all through the Christmas holidays in 2020 during all the COVID-19 pandemic protocols and was an extreme pleasure to get to know. This man is unbelievable! The best Realtor in the city for sure. He made our experience so smooth and Fun! help our young family find a home! He went above and beyond to make sure we seen every house we wanted even if he wasn't available, made sure we understood everything and more importantly keep in communication At all times.
