It was a pleasure working with Manjinder as our selling agent. This man is simply amazing, there is no wonder why his face everywhere with a “SOLD” sign. After seeing what he did for our neighbours we had no hesitation in engaging and retaining him as our selling agent. We were extremely surprised at how promptly he returned our initial call and maintained close contact with us throughout the process. Once he entered our home we felt very comfortable with him. His demeanour was calm, composed and very humble for a man who has attained such success in real estate. Once we sat with him we were blown away by his tremendous knowledge and expertise not only in our area but throughout the GTA. He was very detailed in his presentation using examples and illustrations to bring out his point. At no point during his presentation did we ever feel pressured or coerced in making any decision. nitially Manjinder was not our first choice to list the house but we realized our mistake as the other realtor was not able to convert two good prospects into a firm deal. We then realized our mistake and approached Manjinder. He provided us with a list if things he will do and delivered on what he had promised. We were able to sell within 3 days in an uncertain market which reflects his expertise. The first time we met with Manjinder he took his time to explain everything to us clearly. This included the market trends, the house listing price range, advertising and pricing strategy, best time to list the house, as well as all the services included in the commission fee. He did not use any pressure tactics to get us to sign a contract with him. When we were ready to sell, we called him back to officially sign a contract with him. He was always available to address our questions and concerns even before we signed the contract with him. After listing the house, he got us an offer within a day above the asking price and above our expectation.
