I would like to submit my strong recommendation for Manjinder Singh from HOMELIFE SUPERSTARS for selling or buying any real estate in the GTA area. This recommendation comes from my own personal experience of selling my home in the Mount Pleasant area (Brampton) and also from past experience of many of my friends who either sold or bought or both (sold old home, buy new home) a house with Manjinder Singh. Thanks to Manjinder's efforts and services (listing, staging, cleaning etc), my house got a really good offer on the same day of listing but we decided to wait and review all offers together after 4 days so everybody gets a fair chance to make an offer. We had multiple offers and our house got sold several thousand dollars over asking. The price of my house was the highest not only in our street but also the highest in entire Mount Pleasant area. At the negotiation table, I saw a marked difference between Manjinder's superb communication and negotiation skills compared to other real estate agents (representing the buyer). Another marked difference I have seen in Manjinder's style of working is that he never pushes you to make any decision. He will present the facts, make a recommendation, but will allow you to decide. On a personal level, he is very presentable, humble and soft spoken. He is always reachable through phone and text, and I never had a chance to leave a voice mail and wait for his call. You may have doubt hiring a real estate agent, but I'd recommend calling Manjinder and giving him a chance as his advice gave us a fine edge over others. I am using Manjinder services to look for a new home now and would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

We are very happy with Manjinder Singh professionalism. Right from the time we called him to meet with us for the sake of our house. Manjinder did an awesome job at explaining every little details and what to expect after the time we signed the selling agreement. Manjinder gave us a schedule with the details of what was going to happened in the days following. Every thing happened as per the schedule. Everyone that came in our house for staging, cleaning, photos were very professional. If I had another house to sell I would not hesitate one second to call Manjinder for his professional services and I will highly recommend him to all my friends. Manjinder's skill, knowledge, professionalism, and strategies are unmatched in the real estate game, especially in our Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in Brampton. From the first day when we called him based on seeing his very clear success in our neighbourhood, he was nothing short of outstanding throughout the entire process. He arrived within 30 minutes to introduce himself, showing how valuable we were to him as clients and as people. We never had to leave a voicemail with Manjinder. If he could not take a call because of another engagement, he would always answer anyways and return the call soon after. I highly recommend Manjinder Singh because he made our house selling process as simple as possible, and minimized the amount of stress my family and I would be faced with. He sold our house on the same day - above asking - and was prepared with answers every step of the way! He delivered above expectations and it was clearly due to experience and skill, not chance. Manjider is very knowledable and had a solid plan in place for us on how we should list the house. He helped and guided us about the paint work as well as staging which helped us sell our house faster. He also advised us based on the comparisons and explained us why we should list our house at the price, we listed. I will highly recommend Manjider for buying as well as selling your home.
