I had an amazing experience with Marilyn as my real estate agent. She had plenty of time for me (she was there whenever I needed her), and replied to everything (including texts, emails, and calls) soooo quickly. She is very friendly, funny, and kind. She also knows the Lethbridge area very well. Further, she is very well known amongst professionals in the neighborhood/city, including insurance agents, real estate lawyers, and bank mortgage agents... they all know her! I even got VIP/referral discounts on my property insurance policy and real estate lawyer fee.

Marilyn has been outstanding. I have experience with other agents, but no one can compare to Marilyn's professionalism. I recently purchased a home and then quickly put my existing home up for sale. Marilyn Eyre was my agent for both transactions and I could not have been happier with her professionalism and level of expertise. I received advice prior to listing that helped me prepare to have my home show very well, and I received two offers in the first 24 hours. It was a hectic few days but Marilyn was so very understanding and helpful explaining everything to me and I always felt she was looking out for my best interest.
