If you're looking for a realtor who works hard, listens to you, does the homework, and is professional and friendly - Mark's your guy. My partner and I qualified dozens of realtors before coming across Mark, and we decided to go with him because right off the bat he showed that he understood our requirements and was able to demonstrate his relevant past experience. We were initially skeptical about how much a realtor would be helpful because when we asked friends for recommendations, many of our friends thought their realtor didn't do much. Mark is different. He was very kind and patient with us, and he worked really hard to give us information and listings to move us forward. Going through the offer was very anxiety-inducing, and Mark helped us through brilliantly. I'm now writing this happily from our new home :) Thank you Mark!
