I would like to mention what a great businesslike gentleman you have in the person of your Real Estate Agent Martin Sarkissian who started the ball rolling by greeting us at an open house he was hosting and that we attended. He was very genuine, calm and charming, not pushy like most of the other Agents we had encountered over the years. He seemed to know our needs without us explaining them to him. We are very satisfied in our purchase after looking at 5 different homes, we came full circle to the one we first saw. Excellent 5 star service!

Martin was always there to take our calls, listen to our concerns and work with us asage those concerns and help us keep moving foward to a successful sale. He was a great help in ensuring we staged our house properly and made sure we were aware of the small things we needed to do to help the process along.
