I'd 100% recommend Maxwell Rand to anyone searching for an honest realtor that will put your wants and needs first. Max helped us every step of the way in finding our dream home, both in person and via text/emails/calls, which was so valuable to my fiancé and I as first-time homebuyers from out of province. After searching for several months and viewing many listings in person, Max was always prepared with comparables, history, was very thorough with pointing out potential issues during visits, both within the home and around, providing details about the surrounding areas and key information which wasn't always apparent at a glance. We got to know Calgary and its neighbourhoods, and after working with us for a little bit we were able to hone in on our favourite neighbourhoods and house styles to buy. Max always made himself available to answer questions at all hours, even if it wasn't expected. We ended up finding an amazing deal for our absolute dream house that luckily came up thanks to Max's recommendation. Our house search couldn't have been any better. Thank you Max!
