This was our fourth time using the McCune team since 2019, this time working with an estate. Garett helped us by providing a valuation statement to add to the probate application and followed through with listing and selling the house. Tyler and Garett work hand in hand to get the job done and compliment each others skill sets. I can’t recommend them enough.

Tyler and Garett are absolutely fantastic to work with! They made the whole home-buying process easy and stress-free from start to finish. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us find the perfect place, and negotiated a great deal for us. Even after our offer was accepted, they stayed involved by following up on inspections and making sure the sellers took care of a few extra things we asked for. Their communication was always quick and clear, and we always felt like they had our back. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely be using the McCune Real Estate Team again in the future. Highly recommend!

Garett and Tyler McCune helped us sell our home. They made the process very easy by helping us understand what updates and repairs our home would need in order to get it ready to list. They knew the neighbourhood and did their research on comparables in the area to determine fair listing price. They assisted us with staging so that our home looked it’s best for both the photographs and showings. They are extremely friendly and a dream to work with. Their knowledge and professionalism is remarkable and I would highly recommend their team to all friends, family and acquaintances in the future. Our home sold within their estimated time frame which allowed us to meet our conditions and purchase our dream home. 10/10 would work with them again!!!

Tyler helped narrow down my search and provided me with great choices so that I could eventually decide on my apartment. He was very helpful setting up the showings as well as providing very helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process. He made a stressful situation for me much less so and this was great appreciated.
