My partner and I moved to Calgary, and within months we knew we wanted to jump into the real-estate market. Finding Michael online was a blessing! From the very first walk-through, Michael gave us all the relevant information, always answered questions, and even gave us an overview of what may come up on a home inspection. As a couple new to buying, Michael went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home. He also connected us with all the people we needed (lawyers, inspectors, condo-reviewer). Michael was responsive, engaged, inquisitive, and friendly. His professionalism and confidence made us feel safe and assured in such a hectic market. After having a few offers rejected, Michael did not give up! His energy and zest for real estate made us realize we were in good hands and that we would eventually find the right home. We are extremely grateful to Michael and all his hard work. When we are looking for our "forever home" Michael will be the first person we call--I cannot recommend him enough!

Michael was absolutely amazing to work with when we sold and bought! He was great at explaining things to us and pointing out all the pros and cons of properties. He was quick to act when we were on the hunt (which is a must in this market!). Needless to say, highly recommend!

Michael was always available and in contact with us throughout the purchase process. We were well guided with the steps needed to be taken and all documents were provided in a timely manner. Also, he was able to take care of things with difficult sellers. He was able to fix the hot water tank, furnace and order us mailbox keys as the sellers refused to fix or provide these items. Furthermore, working with Michael and the team he is a part of at REPYYC was an excellent experience. Their “Buyers Guide” was useful in so many ways and the team they have built with home inspectors, mortgage brokers and lawyers made things simple throughout the home buying process.

So far we bought total 3 houses from Michael Gloria. We really appreciate the way he took care of us. He took initiative finding the right house for us every time with much patience .Also his suggestion saves us many times buying the wrong one. We give him five star. Very satisfied home buyers.
