Michelle was fun and funny but always professional. You can tell she has a real interest in her clients and making sure they find something that is going to meet all their needs. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the values of the properties that she showed me. Her website kept me updated on new listings in the area that I was interested in.

A long and drawn out process of getting funding with family issues, Michelle was there for 2 years of on and off searching. Always there with idea's always there with help when needed. Once the funding was secured, Michelle was able to work with the sudden short schedule of under 2 weeks. She was there to make sure all the paperwork was set, dealt with the other Realtors and Builder on a really tight schedule with no mistakes, and no panic. She was solid and there for us to go, "Michelle, I have no idea what this means", ready with explanations and answers. Can't say enough she was there, solid, and calm. She will never know how much that support got us through.

I was really nervous about listing our home as it was just the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. There were a lot of new guidelines in place for buyers, sellers and realtors, and Michelle was able to assist with everything and put our minds at ease. She was able to set us up with perfect expectations, and never left us questioning any of the choices or decisions that had to be made. Our initial offer fell through, and we had another offer come in less than 4 hours later. Both the stager and photographer she brought in were able to showcase our home so beautifully, it made us wonder if we were crazy for leaving.
