We were impressed by her down-to-earth attitude combined with solid professional credentials, support services (e.g., providing free clean up of our estate sale property), exposure strategy, sales record and back-up team. Michelle was supportive and very responsive throughout the listing and sales process. In the sale negotiation, she was effective nudging (or perhaps better, pushing back) with an inexperienced Realtor who had unrealistic expectations to start the process.
