Michelle was recommended to me by a friend. Knowing how busy the market was in Osoyoos Oliver, I did a lot of searching for properties. Michelle provide me with details on the area, any pros or cons to the listing. She did provide me with some suggestions on making a solid backup offer on the house that I finally was successful in getting. My looking and making offers on units during Covid was a bit of a challenge, but Michelle was there with her misting hand sanitizer - if you can sell/buy during the height of the pandemic, you have a great agent watching your back.

Could not be more satisfied with Michelle as our realtor. First time selling and helped us figure out what needed to be done to increase potential buyers and made the whole process stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home!
