Mike was great to deal with, he gave us good and reasonable options to choose from and helped us understand the market in the area. When we chose a property to pursue he advocated well for us and we were able to make a deal that benefited all parties. He was great with keeping up with us as the possession date was coming up and setting the expectations for how it would all go. Overall he was pleasant to deal with and was always accessible for our questions and timely with his responses.

Mike was excellent to deal with. He accommodated my schedule by lining up viewings on evenings and weekends. If I wanted to look at one particular property, Mike would take the initiative to line up several viewings of similar properties in the same area to compare to and explore all options. He worked with me to get an understanding of what I was looking for and took that information to find me the best property to meet my needs. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the whole buying process. Mike took the time to explain it in terms that I understand and pointed me in the right direction to secure financing, lawyers, inspections etc. During the negotiations Mike had a plan before making the initial offer and he made a fair deal on my behalf. Overall, the experience was very good and I would use Mike as an agent again.
