We have been so lucky to have found Mirjana many years ago. Since then, she has not only been our real estate agent on several occasions, but has gone on to be trusted agent for many of our family and friends who have become loyal Mirjana clients as well! Let me start off by saying that this review is way overdue! We have used Mirjana Wheeler's Real Estate Expertise several times over the years and we can't say enough about her incredible attention to detail, hard work ethic and always going above and beyond for us. Mirjana was great to work with, flexible with her time and found us our new house quickly and painlessly! She also has some great contacts, (mortgage brokers, lawyers, contractors) who she recommended to us to make the process easier. She was easy to work with and she has a very well laid out process. We never felt pressured to accept anything less than we wanted to and always felt that she had our back giving us advice and guidance in every situation. Not to mention, she frequently communicated with us & kept us informed on what was happening. This alone gave us great comfort & confidence that we choose the right person. Mijana has also helped us find great tenants for our rental properties. In fact, one tenant wanted earlier occupancy while we were away on a extended vacation & there was much work that we needed to do before that could happen. She handled all of it and when we came back from our vacation, the tenant was already in our Condo.....Incredible. With regards to another rental property, she set a new record for the size of the unit in my building that was above what the rest of the units were generating.
