I worked with Asgarian team and his recommended legal and financial team and would like to share my experience with you. I needed some real estate advice. I called Moe many months ago. At that time, he suggested I hold off – based on my personal situation- This tells me as a professional, he puts the client’s interest prior to his. Later on, I touched based again and he helped me with my request. I needed an efficient mortgage broker and legal team. He had them as part of his network. Everybody in this network is professional, beyond the current trend of Toronto. They are all responsive, approachable, knowledgeable, very well familiar with technology - which makes your life heaven as a client-, you will start and finish a big deal in the comfort of your house. I am an easy-going person as long as I work with efficient knowledgeable professionals. Otherwise, I get frustrated easily and lose patience and interest. I can say, I did not detect even one area of weakness in this team. Have said enough. Just try them once and you won’t regret it…
