Monika was professional and took genuine interest in helping us get a home that was suitable for our family. She was not just interested in transacting business with us and leaving us to our fate. She responded to questions and concerns in a timely fashion, was friendly and personable, and went the extra mile to ensure that we got what we asked for and even more. She is excellent at negotiating and very fair too. I plan to use her services again and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great real estate agent to work with.

Monika helped us with our vancouver to Nanaimo move. We weren’t an easy case because we had a baby on the way and we needed a suite for grandma. Somehow she pulled it off and found us our absolute dream home. She made sure everything was in working order before we got there and she always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Monika is such a lovely person and she is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone I know.

Being a first time home buyer, I wanted someone really knowledgeable, honest and patient. Monika was all of this and more! Monika helped us during a difficult Real Estate period (Covid). She knows the market, is readily available, and balances availability and commentary without being pushy. She also touched base when there was nothing on the market(which was appreciated) and even did some door to door knocking in her attempt to find us a home. We would use her again and highly recommend her!
