I switched to Mouhamad based on a referral from a college. Our first contract was for the sale of my investment property. The property is far from my primary residence. Mouhamad was very hands on with the sale of the townhome, from assessing the condition, recommending and hiring a tradesmen for some minor touchups (which made it more appealing), and he also reached out to the management company to make sure some exterior repairs would be done at the condo boards expense. Start to finish it was a fantastic experience. My lawyer was also happy to work with him as Mouhamad really knew his stuff. Fast forward to March 2023, we have just closed on the purchase of a lot in Sturgeon Valley...again a great experience. Mouhamad will be listing my primary residence closer to when we are ready to move to our new build. I would highly recommend using him if you like that extra level of service.
