Myriam helped us find the perfect home in Nanaimo and relocate from Burnaby. We were pretty specific about what we were looking for and had a long wish list, so I feared it might take us many months to find a house. At no time did Myriam make us feel rushed or try to talk us into the wrong house - she faithfully picked us up from the ferry and drove us around Nanaimo to see property after property, dropping us off again after the tour, always with a sunny smile and great conversation. It felt like house hunting with a friend, which is what you hope for in a realtor! She was incredibly informed about the neighborhoods and possible issues with plumbing, etc, and I always felt like she was on our side. To my surprise, we found the perfect home for us after only a month of searching! I would absolutely use Myriam again and I would recommend her to anyone, hands down.

Myriam was very patient with our long home search, and did many hours of labour organizing tours all over the island for us. She is a very hard worker and always makes time for you when you need her assistance. She also helped weigh out the pros and cons of homes as well as their locations. She has a friendly and relaxed demeanour, which makes the process less stressful.

Myriam is a great agent very knowledgeable and a true professional, she worked very hard getting our place sold.she kept us updated on everything and has helped us with all aspects of selling and help us with the lawyer as well.
