Myriam helped us find the perfect home in Nanaimo and relocate from Burnaby. We were pretty specific about what we were looking for and had a long wish list, so I feared it might take us many months to find a house. At no time did Myriam make us feel rushed or try to talk us into the wrong house - she faithfully picked us up from the ferry and drove us around Nanaimo to see property after property, dropping us off again after the tour, always with a sunny smile and great conversation. It felt like house hunting with a friend, which is what you hope for in a realtor! She was incredibly informed about the neighborhoods and possible issues with plumbing, etc, and I always felt like she was on our side. To my surprise, we found the perfect home for us after only a month of searching! I would absolutely use Myriam again and I would recommend her to anyone, hands down.
