I chose Nancy because of her past track record and she certainly delivered this time as well. I wanted our home to sell quickly and it wasn’t on the market very long.

Nancy was our agent and helped us buy a property and sell two others. We didn’t only develop a professional relationship, we got to know one another during Covid times,a real estate market that was scary, nerve wracking and so unpredictable. We were amazed at how she could stay focused, and she offered us her expertise to the best of her knowledge. She was in our “bubble” as we saw many properties, lost five bids before finding our forever home.. she didn’t like to hear us say the word “settle”, she worked with us to find the home she knew we wanted. I have the utter most respect for her and her career, keeping her clients happy is her number one goal, and she exemplified it during the four months we worked with her.

Nancy was great! Fun to work with and had a wealth of knowledge about the industry and area. In the current property market she kept us sane and realistic and suggested other areas to look at.
