He was diligent in finding us our perfect home and made himself and his assistant accessible to us any time we had questions or wanted to view a listing. We appreciated Nas's professionalism and help in pricing our home appropriately. He provided comparables and sound advise with making our home ready prior to listing before looking for a new property. He also arranged a meeting with Dawn who provided helpful recommendations to stage our home, along with organizing both the photographer and videographer for pictures once staged. We began our search for a new home and once found, he made our listing active. At this point more people from his team got involved. From his executive assistant Cheryl who answered questions and organized required documentation, to Sarah, who's timely communication helped arrange all viewings and provided valuable feedback. However, we did face some challenges and Nas provided wisdom in advising to take our home off the market to address some concerns. Once completed he recommended a new listing price and arranged for Gerol (the photographer) to return last minute and shoot new photos and who had them ready the next day (even in the midst of his own challenges)! We were very much thankful for everyones effort as we had to get our house back on the market in order to waive a SOBP condition to secure our new home. Within three days of re-listing, we were able to generate viewings resulting in multiple offers tor more than our asking price. Nas also arranged a closing date in a reasonable amount of time in conjunction with our new home closing.
