Nathan knew the market and was very informative. He was always confident in his abilities to sell the building. He reached out on weekends and during the week. He knows the laws and what papers need to properly filled out. Overall he always reassured me that my place would sell and he had numerous potential buyers. He showed the building numerous times, also he was helpful with the electronic signatures . Always professional with his deliveries.
