Finally, my wife and I became homeowners and thanks to Navid for guiding us throughout the process! Being a first time home buyer was a bit stressful but Navid made sure the process was smooth from scheduling a viewing through closing. Anytime we wanted help in looking through properties or any questions related to mortgages Navid was there to help! He helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure with the developer’s agent for the downpayment process and also things like repairs were fair. Additionally, he referred us to the lawyer who has the best rates in the city for our closing. Navid is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
