Nav was an actual god-send. Our home was listed by another agent last year in the most desirable sellers market. Houses were selling within days and over asking in bidding wars. Our beautiful home did not sell because we were mis-lead by our previous agent. He has no presence or network in the Vaughan market. Finally after months of stress and multiple showings, we decided to take the house off the market. AND THEN NAV ENTERED OUR LIVES. Coming out of this stressful experience, Nav understood what we had just been through and he was so calm, positive and reassuring. There was no long speech about how our home should have sold, he didn't say anything negative about our previous agent, and most importantly he listened to what we wanted (limited showings due to COVID and the price we wanted for our home). We moved out, he staged the home beautifully and listed the home. Before it even hit MLS he had a few interested buyers and our home sold instantly. It was such a relieve and we are so thankful to him. He is now our go-to guy for other properties. He understands the market very well, he is well connected in the Real Estate industry and most importantly his calm demeanor helps you feel comfortable and relaxed when making a very large purchase/commitment.
