We needed an agent to sell our home but that person(s) had to be of a particular nature. They needed to be understanding, compassionate, flexible but most importantly a person of true grit. Due health conditions and other obstacles we knew this agent would be faced with many challenges. Thinking outside the box was mandatory. The agent that met those criteria"s was Nick Chuong and boy did he and his team delivered...boy did they ever. They worked as a team, investing time and energy to make sure what we wanted and needed was met. We are forever grateful to Nick, Cindy and the crew at Nick Chuong realtors. Cuong and Cindy were amazing to work with. They were attentive and informative. Their response time was immediate. In a situation where we were a couple hours out of town - they were able to step in and assist with some items that needed attention. My daughter and I were very grateful to have signed with them.
