Oksana worked hard to bring buyers to the rable when other units were also listed in the same week! She even helped with dropping off some paeking tags that I missed. She is always ready to help. Even when I was overseas she took care of everything for me.

The first things I noticed from Liva Real Estate Group are responsiveness, transparency, thorough market research & explanation to clients. Throughout the selling process, I noticed even more good things: (1) All vendors Oksana recommended were trustworthy, professional, and reliable (this includes carpet cleaner, photographer, plumbing solutions, snow removal service). (2) Reports and updates sent promptly (open house visitors, proposals, snow removal, plumbing fixes). (3) Respect sellers to decide on proposals + give recommendations whenever we ask + explain real estate terms that might be foreign for us. The only feedback I have is for Oksana to share anything she needs. We forgot that snow came early and Oksana had to shovel the snow herself. When we remembered about the snow and asked, she informed what happened. We right away booked the snow removal vendor!

Oksana helped me purchase my first home! She made the search process very fun and exciting, and had great suggestions regarding condo fees, neighborhoods, ages of buildings, etc. Oksana was quickly able to help me when I was interested in a showing, and when negotiating a price with the seller. She was very helpful explaining (and re-explaining when I forgot) all the various steps to purchasing a home and what I needed to set up before I moved in.
