This is the second time I have used Pam DeCourcey's services to sell a house for me. That says more than any recommendation, I trusted her to always have my back.

I asked Pam to sell my home based on recommendations from friends and associates. They were right on target. I was , and continue to be , amazed at her prompt attention to any all of my requests . She took me through all the steps, being attentive to any bits of confusion I had , or seemed to her I had, along the way. Gave me comparables, helped with negotiations, details related to the legal matters, advice about movers, cleaners, sale of the furnishings I couldn’t take with me...any and all issues that came up. Not all moves are as a result of positive experiences. Mine was not. My wife and I...well, mostly my wife...had created a lovely home and we enjoyed many many happy times with neighbours, friends and family. Leaving our home following her death was very difficult. Pam helped me through the process with skill and professionalism. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was exceptional.

Pam was outstanding with handling the sale of my first home, helped me navigate packing and moving my home during the pandemic, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and looked after throughout the whole process. I couldn't recommend Pam Decourcey and her team more!

Pam (and company) are a dream team! For some first time home buyers, not from the area, with a baby on the way AND during a pandemic, Pam and her team made the experience such a treat! She was honest, readily available for questions (trust me there were lots) and patient every step of the way. If we didn’t love our new house so much we’d sell again just to have the opportunity to work with her again!
