One of the best real estate agent I'd ever seen. Top notch professionalism. We were out of province and no one to help in buying a house in Edmonton. No friends or family there. "Parveen Saroye" treated me as a brother and not only help me finding a decent house but also showed me all the good and bad aspects of living here. If you are coming from out of province and searching for other options in real estate like reasonable real estate market, top value of your money (not like south ontario where it is almost impossible to buy a decent house for young generation), he is your man!!
