Pete is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable so we choose to use him as our realtor when listing our house and are so happy that we did! He answered all our questions, all our phone calls efficiently and was a real pleasure to work with during such a challenging time. Moving, especially moving provinces, is unbelievably stressful due to all the balls in the air but I knew with Pete our real estate needs would be well looked after and was appreciative to having one less thing to worry about.

We interviewed 3 agents and decided on Peter Chapman as our agent because Pete talked about the real estate market, the marketing method, the presentation of our house, and what we can expect practically from the minute we met. Communication with him was good, in time and encouraging, which made us feel that he tried very much to get the best value for us. We are very happy to have Pete as our agent, and his efforts is worth more than 5 stars truely.

My partner and I recently moved from Ontario and purchased a house in Calgary. Peter had been recommended by a realtor acquaintance of ours. From our first meeting, Peter was accomodating, forthright, patient, and knowledgeable. Questions were not only well answered but invited. Details, explanations (through phone and text), and easy access with prompt return of calls helped immensely to ease the anxiety of such a major move. Throughout the process, his even, calm, and accepting demeanor made communication easy. Six stars would be a more accurate rating.

Pete is a great guy and exceptional realtor. At our very first meeting he guided us expertly through the sale process...what was expected of him and of us. He let us know that he had a complete marketing plan and tools that would get our home noticed and build excitement for our listing. We never felt pressured or rushed. When the listing day arrived we had an acceptable over-asking offer presented by dinner time (your results may vary, LOL). Pete's communication by phone, email or text was always thorough and prompt. All of our requests were acted upon. We have already recommended Pete to one friend and would not hesitate to do the same for others.

Again, Pete did not disappoint. He's quick to respond, professional and competent. I highly recommend Pete for real estate matters.

Highly recommend Peter for any real estate transaction. He was always available for any questions or concerns we had and always made us feel that any question we had was a good question. We were never rushed into any of the steps needed to sell our home or buy our condo. Was always on time whenever we had showings and seemed to sense what we needed and was there to offer advice. The way our home was presented on the real estate listings helped in the sale of our home. Supplied us with person to help us in our staging of our house who was also very professional. Offered advice on lawyers, condo reviewers, and was with us every step of the way. We totally felt part of HIS team.
