I loved working with Peter, who is very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help his clients. I had very specific criteria for buying a place while also on a strict budget. Because of that, the whole process took me over a year and Peter was always there to help and share his knowledge. He never got impatient or pushed me towards buying a place, and going for viewings with him felt like going for a drive with a friend :) Peter also knows many professionals in related areas of business, and recommended me a mortgage broker who I was more than happy with. The two of them made me feel taken care of and supported throughout the process, which was very important to me as a first time buyer. Peter was recommended to us by a family member and to say he did not disappoint would be an understatement. From the start Peter was professional, patient and noticeably experienced and knowledgeable about the Calgary real estate market. We both sold and bought with him and both transactions were not typical for different reasons. The condo we were selling had specific restrictions that made it targeted to a niche market so it took longer to sell. Not once did Peter try to pressure us to reduce our price and reminded us to be patient as he knew our property was appropriately priced based on his thorough appraisal (vs a 5 minute evaluation other realtors gave us). Once we received an offer he negotiated very well and got us more than we even expected. Regarding the purchase, the Calgary market was hot at the time and our target property type was in very high demand. Peter was consistently available whenever we wanted to view properties and throughout our multiple viewings he gave very honest and insightful opinions on the quality of each property. By the time we found our current house we felt informed and knowledgeable enough through Peter's guidance that we were confident we got a great house for an excellent price. Overall, we spent 6 months working with Peter and we would highly recommend him. We viewed dozens of properties with him and he would even steer us away from places that were not a good fit for us. You can feel confident that with the large and emotional transaction of buying or selling a house he will ensure you make an informed real estate decision.

Once again, Peter has assisted us with a successful condo sale with brilliant skill and professionalism. Whether for a sale or a purchase, house or apartment, I highly recommend Mr. Kusch, as I also know who to call for our next real estate transaction.

Peter is an excellent realtor who was patient and didn't rush me during the buying process, nor did he rush me if I was tired of viewing houses especially with my hectic work life. I am a detailed orientated person and Peter was available to answer all my questions and guide me through any concerns I had. He was honest and open about the benefits and drawbacks of various properties we viewed, and their relative market value, which was helpful in our home buying process.
