We are an out-of-town couple who picked Peter on the recommendation of an agent/friend here in our home-town. We were very pleased with our choice. Peter was very helpful from the outset, providing us with a clear sketch of the process ahead, and taking the time to outline the choices in front of us. Throughout the process he was always available, and kept us up to date on showings, etc. We met a couple of times along the way, and enjoyed getting to know Peter -- a very knowledgeable guy, and fun to visit with. When an offer came, he guided us calmly through the process of presenting a counter-offer. Highly recommended.
