Vince has been outstanding in terms of understanding our needs and also very suggestive in terms of variety of options for us to see. He is one really experienced realtor which really shows up by virtue of his knowledge of the area, the locality and futuristic forecasts. Its been wonderful to work with someone so knowledgeable and skilled. He got us a house which checked all our boxes at the same time was able to negotiate a price which really proved a bang for bucks considering the prices at which neighboring properties were sold. We can only say "THANK YOU VINCE". We would be looking forward to working with you again if we make any plans in future.

It has been great to work with Tony Pontaletta for the purchase of our new house. He impressed us at every step with his knowledge of the market, including very unique positive and negative features of specific neighbourhoods in Surrey/Langley, and the transaction process. He was also really good at listening to what we really wanted in a new home and guiding us in the right direction, at times also reminding us of our criteria so we didn't "settle" on a house which we may not have been happy with in the future. We are so excited to move into the new home that Tony found for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase!

Franco was excellent. His presentation brochure of our house was top quality. He knew the comparable sales and educated himself on the schools in the area as well as amenities. Always on time and made sure Covid procedures were adhered to.

Tony was amazing in the sale of our townhouse in Langley. He is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He and his team are highly efficient, organized, and knowledgeable of the local market and real estate in general. We worked with another realtor for 3 months and did not get a single offer on our property. When Tony took over, we had an offer within 2 days of listing and a back up offer within another 2 days. Subjects were removed on the sale within 2 weeks of listing. I will highly recommend Tony to anyone who is looking for a realtor. We are also now using him to purchase a new house and he continues to impress us every step of the way!
