<p>Preet Brar service and knowledge in real estate left me with no doubt in his abilities to sell our houses in proper and efficient way. His ability to sale real estate showed true when he had sold my house in two days after our listing was put on MLS. The best part was that our house was sold at $75100 over our asking price which shows his great negotiating abilities. Preet was also helpful when it came to moving our heavy items around our house and was helpful all the way through our staging process (which was paid for by Preet). Whenever I had a question about selling my home Preet was always there for me and treated me like his own sister. Thank you Preet!</p>
