Rachael went above and beyond, even planting our spring garden to help our home sell! Her advice was right on both our buy and our sell: we came in at the right number on our buy allowing us to avoid a bidding war situation, and on our sell it was priced just right such that it allowed us to ensure we were getting top value for our home. Indeed, the price per square foot was the highest in the history of our complex.
