Ralph did an outstanding job selling our house in 2 days at over asking. 1 week prior to this, we decluttered and cleaned for 4 days. Ralph and Angela did a walk through on day 5 to plan for staging. On day 6, the team including Ralph, staged the house in 4 hours then photography, videography and 3D took place. We were live on MLS by 4pm on day 7 and received 2 requests to see the property right away. We had 23 total showings over the weekend. Ralph prepared the property well for the appointments by providing a QR code to access pictures, videos and 3D views of the house. He also prepared a magazine/brochure that potential buyers can bring home to remind them of the property. He provided us with updates on how the showings went and the offers that we received. His goal was to sell our property as soon and as effectively as possible in order for us to go back to our normal routines. He understood that we are a very busy family with young children, one of which does online learning. My husband works midnights and needs to sleep during the day. Ralph and his team succeeded and accomplished his goal. We are very impressed and grateful with everything that Ralph and his team has helped us with. They go above and beyond. They are very dedicated and take pride in their work. All in all, Ralph and his team helped us in our journey of finding/buying our new home, preparing our current home and having it sold firm - all in a matter of 2 weeks!!!
